Hi Everyone!
Sorry I don't have a lot of time to email today, so this will be a little bit short. It was a good week in North Wilkesboro. We got to have a special training meeting with President Thomas. President Berry, the stake president for the Hickory stake came and spoke to us it was wonderful. He is very excited about missionary work. The brethren of Salt Lake have 3 prophetic priorites for the south east area of the USA. 1. Increase sacrament meeting attendance to 50%. 2. Double the number of missionaries serving from each ward or branch. 3. Double the number of convert baptisms. That means N. Wilkes has a goal of 18 baptisms for this year! That is so exciting. Pres. Berry has a great energy and hope for this. We are also teaching Kimberly, who is Danielle's sister. Danielle is an awesome recent convert who was baptized in December. She wants to serve a mission as soon as she is able to. She's a great missionary already in wanting to offer the blessings of the gospel to her sister. Other than that Sis. Knight has been sick again. So we haven't been able to do a lot the last part of the week. I made her sit outside on the steps of our apartment so I could run around the parking lot, I was going stir crazy! She is on the up and up though so hopefully things will get better for her.
